For one traveller on a budget, regular bus is usually the first option worth checking.
The journey normally involves travelling from Bohinj towards Ljubljana and then continuing from Ljubljana towards the Slovenian coast.

Shared shuttle platforms can sometimes offer an attractive middle ground between public transport and a private car.
